This can be done by arranging furniture and décor in a balanced way and removing distracting items. Staging may also include adding crisp, clean linens in the bedrooms and bathrooms to create a neutral look or to add pops of colour or texture as needed. Adding fresh flowers, cleaning up the yard, and creating inviting spaces outdoors with plants and patio furniture.
